Spring is always a busy season at Barcami Lane, and this year is no exception. Between March and May, our team is supporting a packed lineup of client conferences — each one an opportunity to bring bold ideas to life through thoughtful planning, seamless execution, and standout design.
Our creative team continues to shine this season, crafting dynamic visual branding that captures the spirit of each event. One notable example is the Massachusetts Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP) 2025 Annual Meeting, which celebrated its 50th anniversary with the theme “Back to the Future.” Inspired by the iconic ‘80s film, the branding merged retro flair with forward-thinking energy, setting the tone for a milestone conference that honored MSHP’s history while looking ahead.
Another highlight is the New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESHCo) Spring Conference, where the theme took a playful turn with a nostalgic nod to the classic Oregon Trail video game. Our team designed a whimsical, pixel-style conference identity that captured attendees’ imaginations while reinforcing the theme of navigating the ever-evolving healthcare communications landscape.
These creative successes wouldn’t be possible without the talent and vision of our graphic design team—Lyly Pham and Chris Hansen. With a wealth of experience in conference branding and logo redesign, Lyly and Chris bring our clients’ ideas to life with designs that are not only eye-catching but also strategically aligned with each event’s goals and audience.
As we continue our spring stretch of client events, we’re proud to deliver not just top-tier conference management, but also visual storytelling that elevates the entire experience.
Until next time!
