Celebrating Excellence: Michaela Sawicki Promoted to Director of Association Management at Barcami Lane, Inc.

BOXBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS — We are thrilled to announce Michaela Sawicki, MSc, CAE has been promoted to Director of Association Management at Barcami Lane, Inc. In this role, she’ll oversee our coordinators and graphic design teams, while continuing to serve in client-facing roles as an account executive.

Michaela’s journey at Barcami Lane has been marked by remarkable growth and dedication. As an association executive, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to refine client operations, lead strategic conversations, develop impactful programs, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with grace and professionalism. From day one, Michaela has earned the trust of her colleagues through her reliability, insight, and collaborative spirit.

Michaela holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE)—the highest professional credential in the association management profession and held by fewer than 5% of association professionals. She also earned a master of science in political science focusing on international politics at Trinity College Dublin.
